Windham Group’s mission is to return injured workers to health while maintaining productivity at their original jobs. Our Credo, “To work is to be needed, and to be needed is essential for life” is what drives us. We work as a team to integrate expertise at every level of recovery to restore the health, wellbeing and livelihood to the injured and disabled, thereby reducing the financial and human costs of work related injuries.
Company History
We're a family owned company, in business for 29 years, that has grown from two people in NH to over 200 employees and affiliates across the US today (about 90 employees and 150 affiliates). The co-founder is still President & CEO.
