We are seeking a Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to manage and oversee operations for our Home Health Aide agency, LONE STAR HEALTH SERVICES, LLC in Houston, Texas. This role is ideal for an RN who is passionate about patient care, leadership, and ensuring compliance with state and federal home health regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily operations of the home health aide agency.
• Oversee and coordinate client care plans with physicians, caregivers, and family members.
• Recruit, train, and supervise home health aides, ensuring quality and compassionate care delivery.
• Conduct client assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and evaluate the quality of services provided.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, Texas state regulations, and agency policies.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and agency records.
• Educate staff and clients on health management, safety practices, and care procedures.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, families, and community partners.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Current and valid RN license in Texas.
