Providence Medical Group is seeking a full-time Psychologist to join the Scholls Internal & Family Medicine clinic. This team has established strong integrated workflows under the patient center medical home model. Work with a diverse and underserved patient population with complex medical and mental health needs. - Full-time position
- Ideal candidate will have training or experience in Primary Care Behavioral Health (PCBH) model focusing on short-term, brief interventions and team-based care
- Opportunity to provide training and supervision to BH trainees in our APA-accredited intern and residency programs
- Schedule flexibility (4,10s) and/or hybrid work model (splitting time in-clinic and remote)

Providence Scholls Medical Plaza is a full-spectrum Primary Care facility located in the beautiful community of Tigard, Oregon. The clinic works with patients of all ages and features robust service lines covering Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Pediatric, Urgent Care, Rehabilitation and more. It also has the distinction of being a Primary Palliative Care Certified Clinic as well as earning the Patient-Centered Primary Care Home Clinic Certification. With a dedicated team and patient-centered focus, the Scholls Medical Plaza offers quality care to all it serves.
