Description
Occupational Therapist – Join a Team Where Values and Care Come First
About Us
At emet care, we believe great clinical work starts with great culture. We are a values-driven allied health service committed to empowering individuals and families through evidence-based, compassionate care. Guided by our Christian principles of integrity, kindness, humility, and service, we create an environment where both clients and clinicians feel respected, supported, and genuinely cared for. Our team is more than just colleagues — we are a community. We celebrate each other’s wins, support one another through challenges, and work together to make a tangible difference in the lives of those we serve. A typical day at emet care starts with a good cup of coffee/tea and warm discussions with the team. Our clinic offers ample onsite parking, and a large purpose-built gym space designed to support collaboration, creativity, and professional growth, giving our therapists the freedom to thrive in their practice.

A workplace culture built on trust, collaboration, and celebrating each other’s strengths.
Committed to investing in your OT professional development
The ability to expand your clinical expertise across varied and meaningful areas.

Contribute to our positive team culture through participation in meetings, supervision, and professional development.
Join us If you’re seeking more than just a job — if you want a role where your skills are valued, your values are shared, and your wellbeing is prioritised — we’d love to hear from you.
